Results: After scouring several markets, we consulted on a 285,000 sf Class A Office / Datacenter acquisition in Reston, VA for them in 2007. It's been one of their most successful acquisitions to date.
Stratex hired a global brokerage firm by default on a 70,000 sf sublease in Seattle.
Challenge: The project was too small for the global brokerage firm to focus much attention or get any results on for over 12 months!
Results: Stratex finally hired my team, who took a much more creative and aggressive approach - we cleared the sublease in 3 months!
A fast-growth Palo Alto start-up outgrew it's space and needed to shop the office market and lower their per square foot occupancy costs.
Challenge: The client initially chose a heavy "landlord agent", who represented many of the Class A Office options in their search markets. The landlord agent seemed to only tour his listings and the client's CFO was concerned that the agent presented a conflict of interest.
Results: The client hired the Symphonic team, which included a real estate attorney. Our consulting team uncovered several off-market, new options, navigated tricky lease language and negotiated a market making low rate.
